Featuring an easy-to-load tray that securely locks microplates or sample holders, it processes samples rapidly—often in two minutes or less—thanks to its high-speed linear motion. With a speed range of 0 to 1,600 RPM and a timer adjustable from 1 to 10 minutes, it can handle a maximum capacity of one deep well plate, four stacked standard well plates, or one vial set (300 grams). This homogenizer eliminates cross-contamination and is ideal for isolating protein, DNA, RNA, viruses, and other biological components. It is suitable for a variety of samples, including animal tissue, seeds, tubers, leaf punches, soil and sediment samples, insects, and microbial cultures. The polyethylene set includes 24 vials of 4mL each, while the polycarbonate sets come in 24 vials of 4mL and 5 vials of 15mL sizes, conveniently packaged as sets or in bulk. Grinding balls, made of 440C stainless steel, are used with deep well plates and vial sets to bead beat plant tissues, seeds, and animal tissues.
