The Buchi V-710 Vacuum Pump is a reliable pump for Buchi evaporator systems, constructed with highly resistant materials for long-lasting durability. The V-710 delivers a pumping volume of 3.1mᶟ/h with a final vacuum of 2 mbar. The pump can be used individually to create a vacuum or can be expanded to create a complete vacuum system with secondary condenser, controllers, etc. (The V-710 is for use with and included in evaporating systems R-210 and R-215 with chillers.)
This vacuum pump is in excellent condition, and all of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.

- Confirm Power Supply and Pcb Are Outputting Correct Voltages
- Empty Existing Oil in Unit and Inspect for Particulates (If Applicable)
- Confirm Relays Are Functioning and Replace as Needed
- Fill With New Pump Oil (If Applicable)
- Clean Internal Diaphragms and Check Valves. Replace as Needed (If Applicable)
- Confirm Appropriate Noise Levels for Pump and Test with A Decibel-Meter
- Evaluate Pump Oil Through Viewing Glass (If Applicable)
- Confirm Pump Is Able to Reach Absolute Vacuum with Independent Vacuum Gauge
- Confirm Pump Interfaces with External Controllers (If Applicable)
- Ensure Cosmetics Are Acceptable
