The Vacuubrand ME8 Diaphragm Vacuum Pump offers oil-free operation with high flow rates at working vacuum for higher throughput. The ME8 features contamination-free pumping and evacuation, very high flow rate even near ultimate vacuum, quiet operation, very low vibration, and exceptionally long diaphragm life with maintenance-free drive system for low lifetime costs. Vacuubrand's diaphragm pumps can withstand up to 15,000 hours of use before needing service with quick calibration once required.
Laboratory and process-plant applications include gas transfer, backing Turbopumps, and vacuum filtration.

- Empty Existing Oil in Unit and Inspect for Particulates (If Applicable)
- Confirm Relays Are Functioning and Replace as Needed
- Fill With New Pump Oil (If Applicable)
- Clean Internal Diaphragms and Check Valves. Replace as Needed (If Applicable)
- Confirm Appropriate Noise Levels for Pump and Test with A Decibel-Meter
- Evaluate Pump Oil Through Viewing Glass (If Applicable)
- Confirm Pump Is Able to Reach Absolute Vacuum with Independent Vacuum Gauge
- Confirm Pump Interfaces with External Controllers (If Applicable)
