The Vacuubrand RE 6W Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is a powerful, compact, and lightweight solution for various laboratory and process applications requiring low ultimate vacuum at medium to high gas flow rates. The RE 6W is ideal for applications such as degassing, lyophilization, fine vacuum distillation, and drying chambers, achieving a maximum pumping speed of 4.0 CFM (6.8 m³/h) at 60Hz and 3.4 CFM (5.7 m³/h) at 50Hz, with an ultimate vacuum of 0.1 mbar (0.075 Torr). It delivers high flow rates even at vacuum levels nearing the ultimate vacuum and has a high water vapor tolerance due to its efficient gas ballast. This pump achieves an excellent ultimate vacuum, even with gas ballast, and remains vacuum-tight at switch-off, eliminating the need for an external anti-suck back valve. The large oil volume extends intervals between oil changes, and its telescopic design ensures ease of maintenance.
