Agilent 1260 Infinity I HPLC G1364C Analytical-Scale Fraction Collector
The Agilent 1260 Infinity I HPLC G1364C Analytical-Scale Fraction Collector is optimized for laboratories performing analytical-scale compound purification of nanogram to milligram quantities with typical flow rates between 0.1 and 10 mL/min. The module features the full set of collection modes and is compatible with a wide variety of trigger sources. SBS plates and four different tube sizes with various lengths are supported. Equipped with a 3/2 diverter valve featuring a low internal volume of 15 ul and a quick switching time under 100 ms, it ensures minimal delay and high precision.
The Analytical-Scale Fraction Collector's maximum capacity can easily be enhanced by clustering up to three modules simultaneously through a 12-position, 13-port selector valve. Additionally, it offers cooling options when paired with the G1330B for enhanced performance, depending on the collected fraction's volume and ambient conditions. Its delay calibration is managed by a single wavelength absorbance detector operating at 654 nm, ensuring accurate and reliable operation. This model supports multiple trigger modes such as time slices, peak detection, timetable, and manual triggers, making it a flexible choice for a variety of laboratory settings.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.

| Operating Modes |
Discrete fractions: default mode for all vessels. The flow is diverted to waste, while moving from one vessel position to the next vessel position Continuous flow: optional, available only when using deep well plates. It is possible to move from one well plate position to the next one without diverting the flow into the well plate to waste Needle into location: Needle pushes into the vessel as deep as specified, for the use with capped vials and test tubes and well plates with closing mats Droplet setup mode: The tip of the fraction collector needle will initially move down to the bottom of the well. Then it will slowly move upwards while the fraction is collected. The droplet setup mode enables the fraction collector to collect small fractions without bubbles |
