Agilent 1260 Infinity I HPLC G4225A HiP Degasser
The Agilent 1260 Infinity I HPLC G4225A HiP Degasser features an advanced degassing system with four separate vacuum chambers, each fitted with semipermeable tubings. This system integrates a vacuum pump and a control assembly that activates the pump, creating a low-pressure environment in the chambers, effectively measured by an integrated pressure sensor. The setup ensures efficient solvent degassing by drawing solvents through the tubings, allowing any dissolved gases to permeate out before the solvents exit the degasser. This model supports a maximum flow rate of 0 to 10 ml/min per channel, accommodates up to four channels, and has an internal volume of 0.45 ml per channel. Constructed with materials like TFE/PDD Copolymer, FEP, and PEEK, it is compatible with solvents within a pH range of 1 to 14, ensuring durability and broad chemical resistance.
