The BioTek 405LSRS Microplate Washer is an automated benchtop system designed for precise and reproducible washing of 96-well microplates in high-throughput laboratory workflows. Equipped with a single manifold featuring 96 dispense and aspirate tubes, this unit delivers consistent performance for applications such as ELISA and cell-based assays, as well as workflows in molecular diagnostics, bioprocessing, and synthetic biology.
The 405LSRS incorporates BioTek’s Ultrasonic Advantage technology, a built-in ultrasonic cleaning system that helps prevent clogged manifold tubes—one of the most common causes of assay failure. This integrated maintenance feature, housed within a stainless steel cleaning reservoir, reduces downtime and improves overall reliability while saving valuable time during routine operation.
Designed for ease of use, the system offers a simple interface with predefined methods and quick-access menus for priming, washing, and maintenance. Pre-programmed routines further streamline operation and support trouble-free performance, making the 405LSRS a practical and efficient solution for laboratories requiring dependable microplate washing.
