- Assess power-up diagnostics, display, and push wheel buttons for full functionality
- Ensure pressure gauge and regulator are operating accurately and within specified ranges
- Test and align all nozzle manifolds, clearing any blockages to optimize spray performance
- Check all tubing for leaks, confirming secure attachment to manifolds to prevent pressure loss
- Verify all control panel connections are secure, with no frayed or torn wiring that could impact safety
- Confirm fan operation to maintain appropriate internal cooling, replacing if performance is inadequate
- Test evaporative cooling functionality, ensuring performance below ambient temperature
- Test heating bath accuracy, confirming precise temperature alignment with set points
- Verify PSI stability, confirming that pressure is steady and adjustable as needed
- Ensure cosmetic condition is within standards, free from damage impacting function or appearance
