The Eppendorf 6377 Mastercycler Nexus X2 Thermal Cycler is designed to provide flexible, efficient PCR workflows by allowing two independent assays to run in parallel on a single instrument. Its asymmetrically divided aluminum block combines a 32-well and a 64-well section, enabling smaller and larger assays to be processed simultaneously without compromise. This design supports efficient use of bench space while maintaining the consistency and reliability expected from the Mastercycler nexus family.
An intuitive graphic interface simplifies programming and operation, with clear visualization of protocols and optional mouse control for added convenience. The universal block accommodates PCR tubes, strips, and divisible plates, while the flexlid concept automatically adjusts lid height to ensure optimal contact and thermal protection across different consumable types. Built for connectivity and streamlined operation, the Mastercycler Nexus X2 supports email notifications and can be networked with up to two additional Mastercycler units, allowing multiple systems to be managed with the same user-friendly software.
