Hirayama HICLAVE HV-85 Floor-Standing Autoclave, 208/200/240V
Chamber Volume
85L (22 gal.)
Temperature Range
105°C to 135°C
Chamber Dimensions (Diameter x Height)
16.5 x 24.2 in. (42.0 cm x 61.5 cm)
- Space-saving design with lid opening upward
- Agar sterilization mode for sterilizing agar and then automatically maintaining it at liquid temperature
- Dual-sensing lid interlock prevents lid opening when chamber is pressurized or when temperature exceeds 97°C
- Agar melting mode for melting agar and maintaining it at liquid temperature, or for a hot, faster start-up
- One-touch lever to easily open and close chamber lid
- In-process display shows the status and the progress of sterilization cycle
- Door-closure sensor provides a prompt and the cycle will not start unless the door is closed properly
User convenience is enhanced with a space-saving top-opening lid, a one-touch lever for easy chamber access, and a real-time in-process display showing cycle progress. A delayed auto-start timer allows scheduling from 1 minute to 7 days in advance, and sterilization times are programmable from 1 to 250 minutes. Advanced safety features include a dual-sensing lid interlock, multiple power cutoffs, pressure relief valves, and a lid-closure sensor that prevents cycle initiation unless properly sealed. Built for reliability and user safety, the HV-85 is ideal for labs needing high-volume, programmable sterilization in a compact footprint.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
