Labconco CentriVap -50C Cold Trap
The Labconco CentriVap -50C Cold Trap, Cat. #: 7811020 collects evaporated liquid from a CentriVap Concentrator, protecting an accessory vacuum pump and the laboratory environment from the corrosive effects of vapors and fumes emitted from samples. The cold trap features a resilient exterior crafted from brushed stainless steel and powder-coated steel and displays temperature data with an illuminated graph. Utilizing an environmentally friendly HCFC-free refrigerant system, it houses a 1/3 hp compressor that efficiently reaches -50°C within half an hour. Inside, a 4-liter stainless steel collector accommodates samples, and users can select either an acrylic or stainless steel lid, both equipped with two quick-disconnect fittings for easy connection to a CentriVap Concentrator. Additionally, it includes a stainless steel drain port with a corrosion-resistant nylon valve to ensure reliability and durability.
