Labconco Centrivap Vacuum Concentrator System w/ -105C Cold Trap
Maximum Speed
1,725 RPM
Cold Trap Temperature
-105°C
Rotor Capacity
40 x 1.5/2.0 ml Tubes
- Combines centrifugal force, vacuum, and controlled temperature for efficient sample concentration
- Prevents bumping and foaming by concentrating solutes while vacuum is applied
- Timed vacuum pump outlet delays activation until the rotor reaches optimal speed
- Safety switch prevents lid from opening while the rotor is in operation
- Microprocessor control ensures precise regulation and reproducibility of protocols
- Stores up to nine user-defined protocols for easy repeatability
- Compact benchtop design saves space while maintaining high functionality
Equipped with a safety switch the Labconco Centrivap Vacuum Concentrator System w/ -105C Cold Trap prevents the lid from being opened while the rotor is in operation. The compact, space saving design allows the system to be operable on a benchtop or other laboratory work surface. The included CentriVap -105°C Cold Trap collects evaporated liquid from the CentriVap Concentrator, protecting the vacuum pump and the laboratory environment from the corrosive effects of vapors and fumes emitted from very low freezing point liquids. This Cold Trap is recommended for Alcohol (e.g. Ethanol, Methanol) sample applications.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
