The Leitz 1512 Rotary Microtome is designed for the preparation of paraffin-embedded specimens in histology and pathology. The section thickness can be adjusted from 1um to 25um, including during the sectioning, and offers excellent uniform sections for routine work. Front controls allow rapid knife adjustment with lever lock and unlock. The Leitz 1512 provides highly accurate and reproducible sections.
