New Brunswick Excella E24 Incubator Shaker
The New Brunswick Excella E24 Incubator Shaker is a large capacity incubator shaker that utilizes a UniCentric counter-balanced drive mechanism which provides horizontal plane rotary motion in a 0.75 in (1.9 cm) diameter circular orbit. A proportional/integral microprocessor controls the speed and temperature over the speed range of 50 to 400 RPM, as well as the temperature range of Ambient +7°C to 60C.
The Excella E24 can also be operated in two modes, continuously which operates at a set speed and temperature until user intervention, or timed mode which runs at a set speed, time, and temperature for a period of up to 99.9 hours. This incubator shaker is also equipped with audible and visual alarms to alert the user of setpoint deviations.
All of our equipment will be fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.

- Examine all wiring for frays, tears, or breakages, addressing any issues for electrical safety.
- Verify each PCB test point, replacing any malfunctioning components to ensure system reliability.
- Check drive belt tension to confirm correct alignment and function.
- Confirm the compressor’s operation, cleaning condenser filter and fins for efficient cooling.
- Calibrate internal temperature accuracy using an NIST-traceable temperature probe.
- Measure and calibrate platform RPMs with an NIST-traceable tachometer to ensure precision.
- Conduct a final cosmetic inspection to verify all surfaces meet appearance standards.
