User convenience is addressed through its icon-based control panel and a large, easy-to-read digital display that shows temperature variations within 1°C. The graphic thermometer indicator provides visual alerts for overtemperature and under-temperature conditions. Additional features include audible/visual warnings, a push-button alarm test, and a controller battery backup system. The freezer's construction is robust, featuring scratch-resistant cold-rolled steel interior and exterior finishes, and high-density, 2-inch-thick CFC-free urethane foam insulation, which guards against ambient temperature fluctuations. The CFC-free, HFC-blend refrigerant is environmentally friendly. The unit stands on four casters for easy mobility, with the front two being lockable.
