The Thermo Scientific Steri-Cult 3310 CO2 Incubator w/ Sterilization Cycle Dual Stack is a high-capacity, dual-stacked incubator designed for extensive culturing while ensuring superior contamination control. It features a direct heat chamber optimized for high throughput applications, with a polished stainless-steel interior and coved corners for easy cleaning. This incubator provides for a temperature range of Ambient +5°C to 50°C with a uniformity of ± 0.2°C at 37°C. The chamber's active airflow system ensures homogeneous conditions and reduces cross-contamination risks, supported by sturdy, easily removable stainless-steel shelves.
The Steri-Cult 3310 boasts an active humidity control system with a range from Ambient to 90% and accuracy of ± 2.0%, eliminating the need for a water pan and featuring an external water reservoir to reduce chamber contamination. Additionally, the incubator has a 140°C sterilization cycle, which operates overnight for 14 hours to eliminate bacteria, mold, yeast, and mycoplasmas, thereby simplifying and automating cleaning. The Steri-Cult features a CO2 range from 0 to 20% and utilizes an advanced IR CO2 sensor, providing precise monitoring unaffected by humidity changes
The ISO Class 5 HEPA filtration airflow system continuously filters the entire chamber volume every 60 seconds, reaching ISO Class 5 air quality within five minutes after a door opening. This feature minimizes contaminants from settling on interior surfaces. Operational control is managed via the Enviro-Scan Microprocessor Control, which includes an easy-to-use alphanumeric LED display, flexible controls, and a message center for process and alarm status messages.
