The Tuttnauer 3850EP Digital Autoclave 230V, is designed for seamless integration into work environments and features a compact design with heat insulation for efficiency and safety. Constructed with a durable 316L type stainless steel chamber and door, enhanced with an electro-polish finish, this autoclave ensures reliability and longevity. It is equipped with a control lock-out switch to prevent cycle initiation if the door is not properly locked, alongside door failure protection and automatic safety shutoff mechanisms to safeguard against high pressure and overheating, respectively. This model boasts rapid cycles for increased availability of sterile instruments, with a user-friendly, single-touch control system that enhances productivity. This model also includes a built-in printer, which provides a printed summary at the end of each cycle, documenting temperature, elapsed sterilization and drying time, selected cycle number, real time and date, as well as any errors or interruptions that may occur during the cycle.
The 3850EP offers 4 pre-set sterilization programs, customizable cycle parameters for flexibility, and precise control systems for accurate results. With features like interdependent temperature/pressure monitoring and cycle information recovery after power failures, the 3850EP is designed for enhanced monitoring and minimal downtime. Additionally, it includes an insufficient water detector with automatic shutoff for added safety. With an 65L (17.2 gal.) chamber volume and sterilization temperature range of 121°C to 134°C, this autoclave ensures efficient sterilization, boasting standard unwrapped cycle times of 31 minutes cold and 20 minutes hot, making it a reliable choice for demanding sterilization needs. Please Note: This Autoclave operates at 230V ONLY and is not capable of autoclaving liquids.
