The Tuttnauer 3870EA Electronic Autoclave, designed for seamless integration into work environments, features a compact design with heat insulation for efficiency and safety. Constructed with a durable 316L type stainless steel chamber and door, enhanced with an electro-polish finish, this autoclave ensures reliability and longevity. It is equipped with a control lock-out switch to prevent cycle initiation if the door is not properly locked, alongside door failure protection and automatic safety shutoff mechanisms to safeguard against high pressure and overheating, respectively. Its advanced drying capabilities, including the ability to conduct closed door active drying, is facilitated by a 0.2 µm HEPA air filter, ensure sterile, bacteria-free air, enhancing sterilization results and reducing cycle times. This model boasts rapid cycles for increased availability of sterile instruments, with a user-friendly, single-touch control system that enhances productivity.
The 3870EA offers 4 pre-set sterilization programs, customizable cycle parameters for flexibility, and precise control systems for accurate results. Please Note: This Autoclave operates at 230V ONLY and is not capable of autoclaving liquids.
